In the morning, after cleansing and applying your serum, use a walnut-sized amount of the facial cream on your face and neck. Gently massage it in, then follow with sunscreen for daily UV protection.

At night, apply the facial cream after cleansing and using your serum. Massage it into the skin before bedtime to allow active ingredients to work overnight.
