1) What is one small change you'd recommend women try for their skin (body or face) or wellness? Something simple and doable that makes a noticeable difference.

Use sunscreen every single day -  no exceptions, regardless of your age or skin tone.  It’s the simplest habit with the biggest payoff. Daily SPF protects your skin barrier, prevents dark marks from getting deeper, slows visible ageing, and allows all your other skincare to actually work. Even on cloudy days, even indoors - consistency here truly changes your skin over time.

2) What is your morning beauty/wellness routine? Please be as detailed or as simple as you like.

Like most of us, I’m pressed for time in the mornings, so I keep my skincare routine simple, intentional, and effective. I focus on products that support the skin barrier and target brightening without overcomplicating things:

For wellness, I’d recommend drinking water and eating something before having your morning caffeine, it makes a noticeable difference in keeping cortisol levels balanced. Incorporating inflammation-support vitamins is also a must for me. It helps my skin and body stay healthy and radiant.

3) Your two favourite go-to products that make you feel fab. A couple of staples you swear by, skincare, makeup, wellness, anything.

My two absolute staples are the Active Brightening Facial Cream and the Hydra Bright C Lip Gloss.

The Active Brightening Facial Cream is a non-negotiable for me in the evenings, especially.   It keeps my skin hydrated, supported, and visibly more even-toned. It’s one of those products where you wake up with a visible glow and naturally radiant skin.

For lips, the Hydra Bright C Lip Gloss is always in my bag.  I have all three shades in my bag at all times (90’s Bae, Pink Slipper & Scarlet Letter).  My personal favourite is Pink Slipper, it’s an effortless, everyday shade that genuinely suits everyone and pulls any look together without trying too hard.
